WELCOME

Next session starts VIRTUALLY. Contact us for dates. Teachings meet newly revised Yoga Alliance standards.

pranapiloga is happy to provide Yoga Teacher Training. Sharing the teachings of yoga is a life-changing experience. You can expect transformation, self-discovery and inner healing. We will learn much more then how to teach. We will peel back the layers and discover our true Self; flowing from our heart.

Taught by Rebecca Elsen (eRYT500, YACEP) and guest teachers we draw upon the lineages of Hatha and Vinyasa. We will briefly delve into Restorative, Chair, Yin, Kids and Yoga Nidra.

You will learn how to teach Yoga for all bodies, all ages, all abilities. We truly embody “adapt yoga to you, not you to yoga.”
