Space Holder, Owner, Yoga Guide, Thai Bodywork and Reiki Practioner

I incorporate a variety of Yoga, Thai bodywork and Reiki lineages into my offerings! Having taught for almost 30 years, I love learning and my students are my best teachers. My practice deepened following an accident and opening a studio was the next step in my journey. Many thanks and blessings to my teacher Maryam Ovissi, owner of Beloved Yoga – her encouragement is paramount in my journey. When I am not teaching, you can find me outside enjoying Mother Nature. Why Qualifications Matter
Yoga is a beautifully layered practice. Learning about Yoga – the discipline, execution, history, philosophy, The Eight Limbs – should be shared with reverence and wisdom. Safety and inclusion are paramount.

How do you know the teacher you are learning from is qualified to teach?   At pranapiloga, we have credentialed instructors that have at met and often exceed the requirements to be Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).

Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)

Yoga teachers who complete a 200- or 500-hour teacher-training program may apply for registration and use of the RYT credential, provided their training and teaching experience meet Yoga Alliance’s requirements.

Yoga Guide

“The stillness in stillness is not the real stillness; only when there is stillness in movement does the universal rhythm manifest.” ~ Bruce Lee

Amy is a life long horse lover and equestrian athlete who discovered yoga as a way to help her achieve union with her horses while remaining supple and strong. Riding horses and yoga are unique combinations of yin and yang, a balance of strength, softness, coordination and timing. As a N.C.S.F Certified Personal trainer and a 200hr yoga teacher, she shares her love of physical fitness and mindfulness with her students and clients. Helping others find balance, both mentally and physically, is her main focus. RYT200

Cassandra Miller

Yoga Guide

Hi, my name is Cassie Miller. Originally from my hometown of Rolla, MO, Culpeper became my home in 2016, and I’ve been an active yogi ever since. I have a fiancé (Garrett), and 3 kids (Ethan, Skyler, and Serena) who love going to yoga classes and learning new poses. I graduated Yoga Teacher Training 200Hr in June 2017. YTT 200 was an amazing experience, in which I learned methods I still use in everyday life. My yoga style is about strengthening and stretching the body, and calming the mind using Hatha Yoga sequences. I love moving muscles from my head to toes, all in one yoga class and then leaving feeling invigorated, yet relaxed. RYT200

Jan Rosehart

Yoga Guide

Jan found this beautiful practice called yoga when taking a class in Buffalo. She resonated with it so, that this practice led her to self-study and eventually take several trainings. This journey for Jan came by accident but she has witnessed it’s holistic benefits and now shares this through teaching. Jan believes yoga is a heart centered practice. and we should practice with an open heart on and off the mat. Practice a karma filled life, with compassion, grace, joy and love. ERYT500, RYT100 Self Awakening Yoga Therapeutic Essentials
