Addison Deanne

Studio Assistant

I am Addison! For many months now I have been practicing yoga. I was recommend to do some yoga by my therapist, and after taking a try it entirely changed my life. It completely altered my relationship with myself and my body. Although I am still new to yoga I already have a strong passion for it. I am a high school student with a love for nature, animals, and helping people. I am a big cat person, I have six cats who often do yoga with me (or honestly just lay on my mat).
