pranapiloga / pranapiloga and friends is more than a studio; it’s a movement to inspire whole-being wellness and self-care as a priority. We dream of a place where people come together to move, unwind and grow, and where well-being ripples beyond the studio walls – transforming lives, families and our entire community.
Through warmth, hospitality, and transformative experiences – we’re creating a sanctuary where everyone can shine.
Mission
Our mission is simple: help our students feel amazing inside and out. For whatever reason(s) students are here, we offer classes, workshops, wellness sessions, and a welcoming commUNITY that feels like family. We’re a happy space—a home away from home and work—where students can be who they are.
Booking Policy – Class/Workshop
Register for classes/workshops online to save your space.
Payment Policy – Class/Workshop
You can reserve your space in most classes/workshops without paying first. However, some require that you have a credit card on file and an active Membership or Class Pack.
Email pranapiloga@gmail.com to make other payment arrangements, such as: cash, check, Venmo.
Cancellation Policy – Class/Workshop
Class – cancel online at least 1 hour prior to class start time or you will forfeit payment.
Workshop – cancel online at least 24 hours prior to workshop start time or you will forfeit payment.
Cancel via the Momence App
- Open the Momence App.
- Tap on the class you want to cancel, located under Upcoming Bookings.
- Tap Cancel or the cancel button.
- Confirm the cancellation.
Cancel via the Momence Website
- Log in to Momence.
- If you are not on the dashboard, click My classes at the top left.
- Locate the class you wish to cancel and click the three dots next to it.
- Click Cancel yourself and confirm.
Schedule Changes/Inclement Weather
Our schedules and teachers are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel or change schedules and teachers. Please check our website for updates about changes, cancellations, inclement weather and holiday closings. Please use your own judgment whether to travel or not in bad weather.

We hold space, regardless of how you arrive, or where you are on your journey.
We explore physical yoga poses, learn ethics and behavior, self-discipline, breathing, awareness, meditation, reflect on yogic texts and Ayurveda – natural health and holistic wellness.
Our Story
We opened our first brick and mortar in 2015, in the heart of downtown Culpeper. It was in the basement of The Lerner Building. In 2025, in a full circle journey we have returned to our roots and reopened the studio there. Join us at 133 East Davis Street, Suite 350, next to The Frenchman’s Corner.

Teachers
Our collective of teachers and wellness professionals share with knowledge, safety, love, mindfulness, and playfulness. We come from a variety of lineages, with diverse training requirements.
Students
We firmly believe that every BODY is a yoga body. Our space is safe.
We empower you to practice with freedom and not take yourself too seriously. Move at your own pace.

Etiquette
If you are new, introduce yourself to the teacher – let them know about any concerns, conditions or injuries you are experiencing.
Silence your cell phone or if you are expecting a life changing call, place it on vibrate.
Usually there’s about a three-month love affair with yoga. “I feel so good.” After about two months of practice, people think they are practically enlightened. Then usually around the third month, something happens and the yoga actually starts to work. And the first thing the ego structure does is to look for an escape route. People start heading for the door just at the moment they should stay.”
Welcoming and such positive energy…Rebecca your classes – and all the varieties you offer have helped me discover many forms of exercise that I now can say I practice! Absolutely enjoying my journey and every visit to Pranapiloga.
