Rebecca Elsen
In 2015, I opened a studio in Downtown Culpeper. We moved several times over the years, ending up on the South side of town. I closed the studio in 2020 due to Covid. At the end of 2025, I re-opened in the original space in Downtown Culpeper. Yippee!
I integrate Yoga, Thai Bodywork, Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques and Reiki into my offerings. When I am not teaching, you can find me outside enjoying Mother Nature and snuggling with my dogs. ERYT500, YACEP, RYS200
Rebecca‘s ability to bridge physical healing with spiritual healing during each session is nothing short of miraculous.

Why Qualifications Matter
Yoga is a beautifully layered practice. Learning about Yoga – the discipline, execution, history, philosophy, The Eight Limbs – should be shared with reverence and wisdom. Safety and inclusion are paramount.

Yoga teachers who complete a 200- or 500-hour teacher-training program may apply for registration and use of the RYT credential, provided their training and teaching experience meet Yoga Alliance’s requirements.
