Why Qualifications Matter

How do you know the teacher you are learning from is qualified to teach? At pranapiloga, we have credentialed instructors that have at met and often exceed the requirements to be Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).

Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT)

Yoga teachers who complete a 200- or 500-hour teacher-training program may apply for registration and use of the RYT credential, provided their training and teaching experience meet Yoga Alliance’s requirements.

  • Adhere to ethical and continuing education policies

YACEP – Continuing Education Providers

The YACEP designation is designed for experts in the yoga community to set them apart and to teach courses that qualify as Continuing Education hours for RYTs. The YACEP designation is only open to E-RYTs.

Vinyasa Yoga with Rebecca is amazing! I love this class and highly recommend to anyone with bone, joint, or muscle pain. The stretching and strengthening moves are helping me combat a progressive condition I battle.

Also, Rebecca has taught me something I didn’t think was possible, how to slow down my brain and relax my mind! Re-centering, re-focusing, just breathe…
